Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Florida Destination Weddings to perform your ceremony and pictures for your special day. We agree to supply: Minister to perform ceremony. Copy of your marriage license, filing of the marriage license with State. Information on how to obtain your marriage license. Unlimited consultation prior to your event. All services provided for up to one hour at the ceremony site, beginning rigidly at the scheduled contracted time. Overtime is $ 200.00 per hour. If chosen, professional photographer to take unlimited pictures of the event, for up to one hour duration. These pictures will be given to client through a downloadable link. A non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking any event, nothing is booked, held, or reserved without this retainer. No refunds of any monies returned if cancelled within 60 days of original wedding date. Retainer/ deposit is nonrefundable at any point with cancellation. All balances are due min 21 days prior to the event. Unpaid balances are subject to a 10% late fee. There will be no refunds due to inclement weather. We will reschedule the event at a mutual time, location to be agreed. All prices are subject to 7% Florida Sales tax. I have read and received a copy of these term & conditions:
