Service Description
Included: Officiant: Our officiant will oversee and coordinate your wedding ceremony. Personalized Vows: You have the freedom to choose and customize your vows, several sample vows available. Unity Sand Ceremony: Embrace unity with our symbolic sand ceremony, including a dedicated table, a keepsake sand vase, and various sand color choices. Recorded Music: Traditional instrumental music or steel drum wedding music options to be played through our PA system. Custom music also available. Legal Filing: You MUST get your license. We'll handle the necessary paperwork, ensuring the proper filing of your provided Florida marriage license. (see more) Photography: Capture the magic with approximately 300+ photos provided by our skilled ceremony photographer for four hours with printing rights. Chairs: Up to 25 white padded chairs. Decor: Moon Gate arch decorated with greenery. 2 tropical flower arch arrangements. Tiki Torches with Ferns, and a tropical greenery aisle way. Reception: Dinner cruise with tropical buffet. Includes cake, DJ, beer, wine, rum punch, soft drinks, sunset views of Clearwater Beach and full photography. Reception decor is not included. *Package price 25 guests total including Bride and Groom. More guests can be added. Private charter optional upgrade depending on guest count.
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Florida Destination Weddings to celebrate your wedding. We agree to supply, minister to perform ceremony, copy of your marriage license, filing of the marriage license with State, information on how to obtain your marriage license, unlimited consultation prior to your event. Photography services are provided for up to four hours for the ceremony and reception beginning at the scheduled contracted time. Overtime is $ 300.00 per hour. These pictures will be provided through a downloadable link with all printing rights given to the client. A non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking any event. Nothing is booked, held, or reserved without this retainer. An additional 25% deposits at the midway point for reception and other vendors are non-refundable. No refunds of any monies returned if cancelled within 60 days of original wedding date. All balances are due a minimum of 21 days prior to the event. All balances are subject to a 10% late fee if not paid by the due date. There will be no refunds due to inclement weather. We will reschedule the event at a mutual time, location to be agreed.
