Every outdoor wedding event, at some point in time, is at the risk of being impacted by inclement weather. Because of the nature of our business, being primarily a beach destination venue, we understand the importance of being prepared for the unexpected. Hand in hand with preparation, our chief concern rests with the safety of our clients, their guests and our staff and equipment.

 

After years of anticipating and responding to a variety of weather related issues, we have put an inclement weather company policy in place that, across the board, provides a reasonable resolution for all parties concerned. We rely on the most up to date national weather forecasting data, as well as reports from several surrounding communication facilities. We always err on the side of safety, by never trying to out guess an approaching storm. There are also pop up storms that are not detected by radar.
